In 2022, we took our data gathering further in order to connect the dots on what exactly is the URM and URG employee experience at SoFi in a unique way.
The purpose of SoFi Voices is to provide an in-depth intentional look into the experiences, backgrounds, and stories directly from members of our diverse communities.

What were our goals?

Amplify the importance of developing a deeper understanding of how issues of inequity and systematic marginalization of our employees and the communities around us with a specific focus on what SoFi can do to support. |
