We are committed to continuously focusing on our people- and ensuring that diversity, equity, and inclusion are at the center of everything we do. 

"SoFi Voices" allows us to continue to move forward with intention in this regard helps us go beyond the numbers to understand the holistic experience of our diverse employees, so we can continue to improve representation and sustain impactful change. This means doing the right thing for our people and being transparent about the feedback we receive, as well as sharing the deliberate actions (outlined below) that are taking place with our people's input front and center. 

We are an organization that believes in helping our people grow—and we know that in order to do that, we have to evolve and improve as a company, too. The progress that we have made is just the beginning of our journey as we aim to learn from our people, incorporating their perspectives and experience.

For us, taking action means working together to “Iterate, Learn, and Innovate” on redefining what the employee experience looks like with DE&I front and center.

2023 Goals.

What are we working on right now?

Based on the feedback we received from our inaugural SoFi Voices, we are taking action on a few key areas: 

Leadership representation

Advancing URG realization at the Senior Leadership-level by working towards aspiring to 50% representation within VP+ roles.

Enhanced training

Deliver enhanced continuous DE&I training for senior leaders (ie. Manager-level and above) as well as review opportunities for enterprise-wide training refreshers.

Stronger programming

Integrating intersectionality awareness within SoFi Circle ("ERG") programming and partnering with senior leaders/management to embed programming/event visibility for all teams enterprise-wide.

Mentorship amplification

Launch new SoFi Elevate mentorship program that aims to pair high-performing URM managers/individual contributors with SVP-level and above (including C-level Staff) mentors. 

Furthering the cause.

The journey of consistent improvement

We will continue to “Learn, Iterate, and Innovate" on all aspects of our employees’ experiences with a dedicated lens on ensuring that all voices are heard and valued.

We aim to refresh the "SoFi Voices" report once a year with the intent to consistently be a platform of amplification for authenticity, transparency, and a source of truth to continue to empower our employees and offer a pulse into the DE&I work that is being done at SoFi Technologies.
