FAQs About Interviewing Logistics →

If I applied before and didn't get selected, can I re-apply?

Yes! We regularly update our Career site and encourage you to look for other roles that may fit your skills, interest, and experience.

Are you conducting interviews in the offices right now?

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, all interviews are being conducted remotely via Zoom, but this is subject to change. We are evaluating how to best implement a hybrid interview process that embraces both remote and in-person interviews, but for the time being will remain remote so we can ensure the safety and health of all candidates and employees.

What should I wear to my interview?

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, all of our interviews are being conducted over Zoom. That said, we suggest business casual attire as a good rule of thumb.

What if I need to reschedule an interview?

Please reach out to the Recruiting Coordinator you worked with to reschedule the interview. Whenever possible, please try to give our team as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule.

How long will it take to receive feedback from my interview?

Our goal is to collect and deliver feedback from the team within 48 hours of your last interview. Business circumstances can shorten or lengthen this process. If you haven’t heard from your recruiter within a week of the interview, feel free to reach out to them.

What is different now that SoFi acquired Galileo Financial Technologies (referred to internally as Galileo”)?

In April of 2020, SoFi acquired Galileo, a powerful financial services API and payments platform. With the addition of Galileo, SoFi strengthens its capabilities, rounding out its best-in-class technology ecosystem, and Galileo and SoFi will work together to accelerate the pace of technology innovation to offer Galileo’s partners, and subsequently consumers everywhere, even more value.

While internally the two companies use the same benefits and tools, Galileo is B2B and powers world-leading fintechs, financial services and investment firms by removing the complexity of payments to make it fast and easy for businesses of every type and size to innovate and deliver amazing user experiences to their customers.

What is SoFi’s COVID-19 policy?
