Opened in September 2015

The Healdsburg office, located on Healdsburg Avenue and North Street, is praised as different from typical customer service hubs with its modern design and central location. The office is home to  our Operations teams and can accommodate 100+ employees.


San Francisco - HQ

Opened in June 2019

Although we've been in SF since 2011, our new seven-floor headquarters opened in 2019 and is located in the historic Phillips Building in SoMa. The office provides an open work environment, an all-hands area, a café and catering space, a library, coffee points on every floor, and executive conference rooms. The game room and roof-top lounge area provide space to take a break and look at the incredible downtown view.

The office is located not far from the Delaware River and is home to our Operations teams.

The office, located in the St. Johns Town Center, can accommodate up to 300 full-time staff, mainly focused on Operations functions including member relations, loan review, quality assurance and fraud prevention.

Our New York office, located in the meat-packing district, provides an open work environment and is a hub for our finance teams. Our large conference, flexible work spaces, huddle rooms, and shared community areas allows our teams to openly collaborate while looking at some spectacular views.

The 12,500 sq. ft office can house over 100 full-time employees and is a hub for our Mortgage Loan Originators (MLOs). 


Cottonwood Heights

This office is a home for many of our Operations functions who prioritize member relations, loan review, quality assurance and fraud prevention.


Salt Lake City

Our Salt Lake City office is the headquarters for Galileo Financial Technologies where our engineers, data scientists, payments specialists and developers take a no-limits approach to opportunities in fintech and payments. The office is also home to many of SoFi’s Operations teams and is growing to likely reach 400+ employees.

SoFi expanded into its first international market, with the introduction of SoFi Invest in Hong Kong in April 2020, after acquiring 8 Securities Limited, a Hong Kong-based FinTech startup that offered simple, transparent, and affordable mobile investing.

Mexico City, Mexico

Mexico (Galileo)

In March of 2021, Galileo announced the opening of a new Latin America headquarters and innovation center in Mexico City. The office is located in the iconic Torre Reforma building and will work to increase Galileo’s physical presence and in-country support.
